BDPA made a push for college chapters in 2000-2001 time frame. The experiment with college chapters ended in 2007 when existing college chapters were merged into professional chapters in the same geographic area.I was chapter president in Cincinnati when we helped to create a BDPA college chapter at Miami (OH) University.
