The guests on the June 10th show:

Bryan Bennett - professor, Northwestern University - Bryan Bennett is a professor at Northwestern University with experience as an owner of a healthcare technology consulting firm. Bryan will give a presentation at the 2014 BDPA Technology Conference on the topic, 'Beyond the Electronic Health Record: The Next Steps for Healthcare'. Many healthcare organizations believe they are finished or almost finished once they implement an EHR solution. Unfortunately, the EHR is only the first step in a journey that will lead them to becoming a data enabled healthcare organization. There are several additional steps and multiple continuums, in addition to the technology, that need to be addressed if the organization is going to reach their destination. This presentation will discuss the next steps an organization must take to be successful and address the other continuums that are currently being short-changed. The presentation will point out the stumbling blocks they will face along the way and how to overcome them. You can follow Bryan on Twitter -- @jbryanbennett
