There are a number of components of our Student Information Technology Education & Scholarship (SITES) program. One of those components is our High School Computer Competition (HSCC). HSCC is a national program that brings teams from all corners of the United States to compete nationally for the crown of National Champions.

BDPA Detroit chapter participated in this program for over 18 years resulting in 5 national championships and several regional championships. BDPA Detroit chapter averages a Top 5 placement in the 18+ years of participation at the national level.

The chapter is proud to announce 2008 support from their partners and sponsors --> Detroit Public School District, Compuware Corporation, EDS, The Detroit Lions Retired Players Charities, and the Detroit Youth Foundation. BDPA Detroit chapter seeks young adults interested in advancing their education and career using information technology. BDPA Detroit chapter provides Web Development training that is comparable to the same training to youngsters in Southeast Michigan ... training that they would not otherwise receive until they attend college.
