All - I had a great time with the BDPA New Jersey chapter last night. A little over 30 people attended the program meeting. We spoke in great detail about the benefits of membership in BDPA. We also shared some tips for the chapter leaders to consider as they grow BDPA in New Jersey.
There were chapter representatives from Philadelphia, New York and Northern Delaware in attendance. In fact, I just returned from spending a couple of hours talking with the president and VP-Finance of the BDPA Northern Delaware chapter.
One of the highlights of the event last night came at the end of the meeting. Attendees pledged $1,750 through the BDPA Foundation last night!
Finally, my thanx to Don Brown (NJ chapter president), Coram Rimes (NJ chapter president-elect), Goldie Bonney (NJ chapter VPMM) and MaryAnn Jackson (NJ chapter VPMS) for their support in organizing the event last night. The dinner afterwards at the Italian restaurant was outstanding as well!
