As such she has led a time of growth and development of BDPA programs, scholarships and services on a national level. She is national spokesperson and chief evangelist to the IT industry and the Black community about all things related to BDPA. Monique served as an award-winning chapter president in Philadelphia before being elected to the highest office on a national level. Her accomplishments within BDPA are uplifting and challenging.
