BDPA Education and Technology Foundation (BETF) and BDPA Dallas chapter worked together to submit a grant proposal to the FIS Charitable Contributions Committee. Our proposal seeks funding for the chapter's Student Information Technology Education & Scholarship (SITES) program and for a web banner on the national BDPA website.
One of the positive forces in our favor is employee involvement. FIS values employee involvement in worthy causes such as BDPA. Johnny Wilson works for FIS ... and he serves as the VP-Member Services for BDPA Dallas chapter!
We hope to learn the fate of our grant proposal in the near future. Wish us luck!
