High School Computer Competition (Indianapolis, 2014)

BDPA Indianapolis chapter (founded in August 2004) will be competing for the sixth time in the National BDPA High School Computer Competition (HSCC) championship being held August 6-9, 2014. The chapter will be the 'home team' as the event takes place at the J.W. Marriott Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. It should be a remarkable opportunity for the members and sponsors of the chapter.

BDPA Indianapolis has grown its Student Information Technology Education & Scholarship (SITES) program over the past few years. This year’s program is made up of students from six (6) different central Indiana high schools. Sessions take place each Saturday morning. Students receive training in HTML, PHP and MYSQL as well as general mentorship and the opportunity to develop written, oral communication and presentation skills.

Eli Lilly and Company is the major sponsor for Indianapolis chapter this year. However, we would still love to have your secure online donation to help support this STEM-based youth education program!
