He will share his vision for the future of BDPA as it enters into this new regional governance model. Mike currently serves as the head of global infrastructure and delivery for FIS. - Perry Carter - chapter president, BDPA Washington DC - Perry has been a member of BDPA for about 25 years. He began as an officer for a BDPA student chapter on the Temple University campus. He was publisher of the first glossy BDPA magazine (I-Plus). He was the conference director for the 2000 BDPA Technology Conference held in Washington DC. Today he serves as the publisher of bdpatoday (a monthly newsletter) as well as president of one of the most active chapters in the nation - BDPA Washington DC.
